I purchased a brand 2016 Honda Pioneer 1000 from East Alabama Powersports in Opelika Alabama. I didn't call around price shopping, I just went to my local dealer, hoping to establish a relationship with them. Phil was nice and so was Chad but the overall customer service was absolutely horrible. I even gave them three chances. Anyway, I decided I was finished with that place and drove 2 1/2 hour round trip to you guys in Columbus for my next service, winch install, etc. Kevin, in the service department handled everything fast, professionally, and fairly. I felt confident, when I left, that everything I had asked to be done was done correctly. One of the technicians came outside with me and explained the answers to all of my questions about the machine (something the dealership where I originally purchased, all but refused to do). In short, I was treated better by a place where I hadn't yet spent a dime, than the dealership where I purchased the machine for $15,000. Very pleased with the entire service staff. I'll be back. You guys are my new dealership from now on. Thanks!
